New Decorative Concrete Display at our Eau Claire Location!

September 2017, we started a new extension to our current decorative concrete display in Eau Claire. We wanted to show off Proline's Hand Hewn Timber Stamp, a beautiful and brand new concrete form that not a lot of people have been able to see. The result was great!

Dry integral color is mixed with the wet concrete in the redi-mix truck for consistent color. For this pour, we used Solomon Color's #238 Doeskin.

After color was mixed, it was time to start pouring, raking, and screeding.

We used the extra concrete to pour table molds of Proline's Live Edge Wood tables.

We used Hand Tampers to press the stamps into the concrete, kneeler boards to walk over the stamps evenly, and texture skins to fill in and add extra texture to the stamped concrete.

We used EZ Tique antiquing wash to stain the concrete adding details and shadows in the "imperfections" of the wood stamp. Finally after staining and sealing the concrete...

...we have our finished Hand Hewn Timber concrete display!

The Live Edge Table molds are removed and hand brushed by Proline EZ Accent. After staining, they are sealed with TK's Bright Kure and Seal.
