FARRELL EQUIPMENT & SUPPLY CO., INC. STANDARD RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you made your purchase at your local Farrell store:

Farrell Equipment & Supply Co., Inc. will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items require a receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange. A restocking fee may be charged if you wish to return a non-defective product. Contact or return merchandise to the location where it was purchased. Your satisfaction is very important to us, contact your Farrell Sales Representative with any questions or concerns.

Please review the product return terms below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:

Terms:

  • All sales are final after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all original packing slips and documentation.

  • Cash sales without a receipt are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are for the cost of the products only. A restocking charge may apply.

  • Parts, Special order items, and/or Cut-to-length sales are considered final and may not be returned.

  • Freezable merchandise cannot be returned if the temperature goes below 32 degrees from the date of purchase to the date of return.

1) Contact us at esales@farrellequipment.net to request an RMA# Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2) Once we have approved the return/exchange and issued you an RMA#, please package properly and return to:

3) Once Farrell Equipment has received your returned item(s) in satisfactory condition, please allow up to 5 business days for processing the return transaction. Refunds made on credit cards are subject to your bank’s terms and conditions regarding refunds and when the refund will be applied to your credit card.
